At around midnight on Friday, June 28, a fatal accident was recorded on the Sibaté-Soacha highway. Security cameras from a tractor-trailer traveling along this corridor recorded the moment when a young motorcyclist was driving in the right lane, when another motorcyclist passed by her side and behind him, several others.
At high speed, they recklessly avoid her, but one of the motorcyclists ends up crashing into her, causing her to fall and two other drivers to pass over her. It is when the truck driver parks in the third lane, and the camera continues recording the moment in which the motorcyclists approach to help their companions, but apparently escape from the place without providing any type of help to the young woman.

“She left work at 10:00 pm They went to Sibaté with her boyfriend and some friends, they were on two motorcycles in the slow lane, when suddenly some motorcycles passed by at full speed, one caused her to fall and the ones behind passed by. over her and they killed her,” the father of Karen Martínez, the 20-year-old fatal victim, told Blu Radio.
According to witnesses, on the Sibaté-Soacha road it is common for motorcyclists to gather to perform high-speed rides, which end up endangering the lives of other road actors and in unfortunate cases like this one.
So far, the Cundinamarca Traffic and Transportation Police have not made any statements and it is expected that the video will identify those responsible.
