The Public Prosecutor’s Office of the province reported this Friday that “the Investigative Prosecutor’s Office of District 1, Shift 3, headed by José Mana, investigates a complaint from a woman resident in the city of Córdoba who stated that on June 26, 2024, around 5 p.m., seeing a child of the same age and with physical characteristics similar to those of Loan Danilo Peña, at the door of the Obispo Angelelli neighborhood dispensary in that capital.
“As a result, multiple search and investigation measures were immediately put in place to corroborate or rule out this information, which are currently being processed. The case is currently under investigation,” the MPF concluded.

In the last hours, the six detained for the disappearance of the child were transferred to different federal prisons in Chaco and Salta.
