Extensive deliberation, unanimous decision
Meanwhile, a jury trial in Puerto Madryn concluded this Friday with a unanimous guilty verdict for a person accused of sexual abuse with carnal access.
This is the case that was processed as Court File 10,166 and the technical judge was Dr. Alejandra Hernández. The accusation was made by prosecutors María Angélica Cárcano and Romina Carrizo, while the private defense of the accused was in charge of private attorney Carlos Del Mármol.
