This Friday, around noon, a traffic accident occurred in the Bomba Zuca sector, south of Santa Marta. Two buses collided head-on, causing alarm among pedestrians in the area.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the incident, which prevented a greater tragedy. One of the buses involved in the crash belongs to the company Elite Transportes SAS, while the other is owned by the company Indio del Norte.
Traffic authorities went to the scene to investigate the cause of the accident. It is not yet known whether the buses had passengers inside or if they had already disembarked.
This accident highlights the importance of strengthening safety and precautionary measures in this sector, taking into account the massive arrival of visitors to Santa Marta during the holiday season.
