At 12:38 am, in the early hours of June 28, Karen Martínez, a 20-year-old girl, was victim of a car accident. The events occurred on the Sibaté – Soacha road and were recorded on video.

According to the images, the woman was traveling in her lane, at a moderate speed, when was hit by a caravan of motorcycles driving at high speed.

The video was captured by a nearby truck driver and showed the moment when four bikers overtook her. Then, a fifth individual arrived and made the young woman lose her balance.

He fell to the ground and two others stepped over his body. The latter also slipped due to the impact against the woman.

The victim’s father, Andrés Martínez, was interviewed by ‘Noticias Caracol’ and He asked that justice be done, because all those responsible fled the scene of the crime.

“She left work at 10:00 at night and went to Sibaté with her boyfriend and some friends, They were riding two motorcycles in the slow lane when. Suddenly, some motorcycles passed by at high speed, one caused her to fall and the ones behind went over her and killed her,” the father declared for the news program.

These events have caused indignity among citizens. Even biker communities and other Internet users have tried to identify those responsible.
