Administrative Litigation Court of Valle del Cauca and Magistrates of the Council of State will be held accountable in Buenaventura
Buenaventura, DE, June 27, 2024. Tomorrow, Friday, June 28, Buenaventura will host a momentous event with the presence of the Administrative Litigation Court of Valle del Cauca and prominent magistrates of the Council of State, including Dr. Jorge Edinson Portocarrero , State Councilor, and the president of the Superior Council of the Judiciary. The event will take place in the Port Society auditorium and promises to be a day of crucial conferences for various professionals.
Edison Bioscar Ruíz Valencia, head of the Legal Office of the Mayor of Buenaventura, highlighted the relevance of this meeting: “It is an honor to receive the Court and the Magistrates of the Council of State in our city. This event will not only benefit the lawyers, but to all professionals from different areas of knowledge”.
Among the scheduled conferences, topics such as hidden labor relations, led by Dr. Jorge Edinson Portocarrero, and state contracting, presented by Dr. Jesús Marino Ospina, also a State Councilor, stand out.
