Christina Applegate was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2021 and is now facing more bad news: as she revealed in a podcast, her daughter suffers from an incurable disease.
The podcast “MeSsy” is the space that Christina uses to talk about her illness, together with Jamie-Lynn Sigler, who also suffers from it and contributes to the conversation, which occasionally includes guests.
In the last episode, Applegate made a revelation about her 13-year-old daughter. The little girl suffers POTS, a postural orthostatic tachycardia syndromewhich makes her feel very dizzy and gives her the feeling that she is going to faint.
POTS affects the nervous system and blood circulation and can cause the heart rate to increase abnormally when you change position.
“I’ve had to live with that for a long time. “Last year, in sixth grade, I went to the nurse several times because I always felt like I was going to faint.”Sadie said about it.
“It’s definitely a lot easier to understand what she’s going through when I have something, what I’m going through too,” said Christina Applegate’s daughter.
