On Friday night an accident caused an impact in the Brentana neighborhood of Cipolletti. Three vehicles were involved in a serious collision in front of the San Martín Club. According to reports, the occupants of one of them fled the scene and two other people had to be assisted by medical personnel.
The accident took place at the corner of Chile and Manuel Estrada streets, a few meters from Club San Martín and involved three vehicles: a Renault Twingo, a Citroën C3 and a Ford Escort. This happened around midnight.
Immediately, the people involved in the crash requested police presence. According to reports, the occupants of the Renault Twingo were trapped inside the vehicle.so they had to be rescued by the Fire Department.
In addition, they had to receive medical assistance due to the injuries they suffered from the triple collision.
About the people who were circulating in the Citroën C3, police sources assured that they abandoned the car at the scene of the accident and fled. As for the occupants of the third vehicle, a Ford Escort, no details were known.
There is no information yet about the maneuver that triggered the triple crash. However, it is a matter of research.
