Ombudsman’s Office held a decentralized care day at the Yopal supply center » PRENSA LIBRE CASANARE

The Ombudsman’s Office, through its Casanare Regional Office, carried out a service day at the Yopal Supply Central, as part of its strategy to serve the community.

This activity focused on serving the merchants of the “Small Producers” farmers’ market, listening to their needs, providing them with support and helping them manage their problems, with the aim of improving their well-being.

The event provided institutional services in attention and processing of complaints, public defense, human mobility and victims. The Mayor’s Office of Yopal addressed issues of health insurance, government and coexistence, Sisbén, House of Justice, INDEV and administration of the Central de Abastos.

General requests were addressed related to the lack of maintenance of the Central’s physical infrastructure and security, and a special request to reactivate the operation of a playroom aimed at providing protection to children of the Central’s workers.

Individually, 77 requests were attended to, mainly for health issues, sisbenization, guidance for conciliations and police matters and specialized advice in areas of civil, family, labor and criminal law.

The Casanare Regional committed to processing and following up on unresolved requests.
