With ‘safe corridors’, road safety is ensured in Valle del Cauca during this long weekend

For the long weekend of celebration of the Saint Peter and Saint Paul festivals
It is estimated that more than 100,000 vehicles circulate on the roads of Valle del Cauca. Operations will be prioritized on the borders with other departments, as well as in the main tourist destinations such as Lake Calima, Rozo, Mediacanoa, and Ginebra, to ensure that drivers are responsible at the wheel.

Safe Corridors will also be active, a strategy that seeks to provide support, regulation, control and education on the roads served by traffic authorities.

“Be present throughout the department with our body of agents and regulators, bProviding security to all people who travel on our roads. We want to tell them that with our safe corridors campaign we will be present to guarantee the mobility of all Vallecaucanos,” said the Secretary of Mobility of the Valley, Diego Murillo.

There are more than 100 traffic agents in the department whoThey will accompany the Traffic and Transportation Police controls in Valle del Cauca to verify compliance with traffic regulations.
