As a doctor and governor, I recommend that you take care of yourself and consult if the symptoms worsen. The strong symptoms led me to postpone some agenda items. With care, we will soon be recovered and working as always for our Caldensians. Wear masks to prevent its spread. #HealthFirst.”

Dirty river. Noel Antonio Guapacha, 84 years old, known as Colacho, is a well-known character who dedicates himself to running errands on his bicycle. There are 41 dedicated to pedals and he decided to break the rules at the arrival of the Vuelta a Colombia to fulfill his dream.
