This is how a judge of guarantees referred to Maicol David Collazos Bustos, prosecuted for violence against a public servant and intimidation with a knife, when he was sent to La Blanca prison in Manizales.

He is being prosecuted for violence against a public servant and intimidation with a knife,” said the fiscal delegate.
Maicol David did not accept the charges. The judge reiterated his dangerousness, since he carries knives at all times and someone who does that is not a guarantee.. Furthermore, if he is capable of attacking a police officer, he will do so with a citizen, he concluded.
The lawyer appealed the security measure given to the defendant.
In April he was given permission to work as a janitor at the construction site located at 7th Street #5-38, in Chipre, in the Bonnavista project, from Monday to Saturday. The schedule is 6:00 am to 5:00 pm, with the respective meal time and one day off per week.
