The Prosecutor requests a total of eleven years and six months in prison for three accused for a fight in Córdoba in which they were used axes, swords and knives at the door of a home.
As reflected in the Prosecutor’s Office brief, a man was sitting on the terrace of a bar in Córdoba when another manwith whom he had previously had problems, approached and He began to beat him forcefully with a metal chain. until throwing him to the ground, from where He continued punching and kicking him.. Subsequently, the aggressor went with another person to a house, the first of them was carrying a knife and the second one axe of small dimensions.
At the door of the house the person who had been attacked and that in this case carried a sword. That’s when a three-way fight in which there were blows with the three white weapons.
For these reasons the Prosecutor’s Office requests three and a half years in prison for two of the three accused and four years and six months for another, in addition to assuming the costs.
