The rains in Antioquia continue to cause mobility difficulties during this long weekend.

According to the latest traffic report, the six road corridors of the department are affected, four of them with passage restricted to one lane and two with total closure.

One of the most complex situations is recorded in the subregion of the Southwest of Antioquia, in the via Bolombolo – Santa Fe de Antioquia, Alto de Minas sector. There is a partial closure there and yellow machinery is working at four points to enable the passage, after the landslides that were reported in the area.

Towards Urabá there is total closure in the via Dabeiba – Santa Fe de Antioquia, in the La Chorquina sector. Concession officials work at kilometer 103+400.

On the trunk line to the Atlantic coast, there is currently access to one lane on the via Hatillo – Llanos de Cuivá, north of the department, at kilometer 58+700, Hoyorrico sector, in the municipality of Santa Rosa de Osos.

To the east, in the via Medellín – Sonsón, At kilometer 24+200, Tequendamita sector, the situation is similar due to a landslide. There, personnel from the Devimed concession regulate the traffic so that the yellow machinery can proceed with the removal of the material.

Faced with the situation, the authorities recommend planning trips in advance and being attentive to the communication channels of the concessions during this rainy season.
