The latest installment of the main saga is currently in pre-production, and it seems that there have been major changes when it comes to its script.
After the high-flying action with a strong emotional charge and adrenaline rushing Fast & Furiousthe mammoth franchise led by Vin Diesel faces its end in an eleventh movie which, if all goes well, will arrive in 2026.
That is the plan that reflects the roadmap of Universal Pictureswhich has also given orders to substantially moderate the budget after the nonsense of the previous film, partly caused by the departure of Justin Linwhich paralyzed filming for a season, although expenses continued to run.
Vin Diesel is currently preparing the filming of Fast & Furious 11 and, among other things, we have seen him training on the track so that Dominic Toretto’s latest adventure lives up to what fans of the saga expect.
The actor is one of the main sources of information about the progress of production of the projects he works on, and Fast & Furious is the best example of this. This week, in fact, he announced an important novelty in the writers’ room.

The information that existed until now indicated that the eleventh film of Fast & Furious -either Fast & Furious X: Part 2if you prefer, the final title is not clear—, it would be written by Oren Uziel (The lost City) and Christina Hodson (Flash).
However, one of Vin Diesel’s latest posts on social media indicates otherwise. According to the actor, Zach Dean (The war of tomorrow), who participated in the script of Fast & Furiousis the one who is taking charge of the text of the final film.
It is not clear if this information provided by Vin Diesel implies that Uziel and Hodson are out of the project or if it only alludes to the fact that the story of Fast & Furious 11 was conceived by Dean, but it is strange that he omits the other writers.
