The praised and successful mystery film franchise “Knives Out” will return in 2025 with a third installment.
Like the first two films, this new feature film – titled “Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery” – will feature the actor Daniel Craig as the protagonist playing the cunning detective “Benoit Blanc”.
Rian Johnson, the director of the saga, announced the first preview of this third film: it is a photograph of Craig looking very different to the previous titles.
In the image, the Briton appears with an aged look, long hair and a noticeable beard, reflecting the passage of time within the story of “Knives Out.”

In addition to Daniel Craig, the cast of the third “Knives Out” film will be composed of Josh O’Connor, Cailee Spaeny, Andrew Scott, Kerry Washington, Glenn Close, Jeremy Renner, Mila Kunis, Daryl McCormack and Josh Brolin.
