I had already announced it Zack Snyder. His galactic epic for Netflix inspired by Star Wars and The seven samuraititled Rebel Moon would be released in two parts and in two different versions. One, let’s say in a “family” version, without so much violence or sexual content and already released on the platform, and another upcoming, more unleashed version, with more blood, violence, sex and everything, for adults. It would be the so-called director’s cut.

“Delves deeper into the mythology and madness of Zack Snyder’s epic sci-fi saga in the viciously sexy and gory world of Rebel Moon“also ensures the text of the information about the premiere released by Netflix.
Slow motion madness
Regarding the plot proposal, it will be the same. When the sadistic Admiral Atticus Noble (Ed Skrein), emissary of the militaristic and conquering Motherworld, arrives at the peaceful agricultural colony of the remote moon of Veldt to subdue it, the mysterious Kora will recruit a motley crew of warriors to to help her in her work to confront the invaders. Warriors who will accept to be part of the suicide mission whether for revenge or redemption.
Blood, eroticism, nudity, fierce fights and, above all, many Snyder-brand slowed down action scenes. “Slow motion is great. These movies are very physical, and there is physicality in what their heroes experience”defended the same filmmaker in a round of questions and answers published on YouTube by Wired (a few seconds after starting the round of answers).
So, true to form, he continued to justify his devotion to the use (and abuse) of slow motion in his films. “For me, using slow motion is a way to embellish heroic moments. I’m a fan of classic paintings, so I like to turn those moments into iconic frames that you can stop and appreciate”.
