Harry Potter will return to Max in 2026 with new faces and with Max

Although his return is not expected even in the form of a cameo, Radcliffe wants to offer some advice to those in charge of the series. Through an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the British actor sent a clear message to future showrunners regarding the young actors who will play the protagonists.
“I have some advice for all of them: Let them be kids. I can’t imagine what it would be like to do that in the age of social media. We arrived a little before all that happened.”
Unlike the original adaptation, this series will premiere in the midst of massive globalization, which causes almost instant virality of many audiovisual products. Being exposed in this way as a child can cause that innocence to be lost at a very young age, something that Radcliffe wants to avoid for these actors.
The age of the actors in the first film Harry Potter was about 11 or 12 years old, so a cast of a similar age is expected for the first season of the series. However, at that time there was hardly any internet and actors were not as exposed to social networks. This advice from Radcliffe is really important if they want to preserve the innocence of the young actors in this new adaptation.
