Prime Video: what is the movie “Fame” about?
“At New York High School for the Performing Arts, students from diverse walks of life are given the opportunity to demonstrate their abilities as singers, actors, dancers and more. Over the course of four years, these young men and women will see if they have the true dedication and talent to achieve success, while facing normal schoolwork, many doubts and some romances”, is the synopsis of this film that is a remake of the 80s classic.
This production featured original songs, but new versions of classics such as “Out Here on My Own” or “Fame” were also made. These songs were candidates for the Oscars in the 80s and it was undoubtedly a wise decision to keep them in this remake.
