Actors Dwayne Johnson and Chris Evans have teamed up in the film Red One and we can now see the trailer that will not leave you indifferent.
Hold on tight, because you’re going to see Dwayne Johnson like never before in his new film Red One that will be released at Christmas. This story appears to be so absurd and action-packed that you’ll wonder if you’re watching a real trailer or a Saturday Night Live parody. How much will they have paid Chris Evans to join this project?

The plot is crazy.
The Red One movie trailer begins with JK Simmons as Santa Claus, lifting weights with surprising ease. But Christmas is threatened when Santa is kidnapped from the North Pole, and Johnson as Callum Drift, the head of ELF security, teams up with Chris Evans as Jack O’Malley, a bounty hunter, to rescue him.
The pair form an unlikely comedy duo as they make their way through an adventure filled with action, humor, and bizarre moments. Between CGI snowmen, a bipedal polar bear, and a dark, hulking villain, the film is one wild Christmas rollercoaster ride.
The cast also includes Lucy Liu, Bonnie Hunt, Kristofer Hivju, Kiernan Shipka, Mary Elizabeth Ellis and Wesley Kimmel. The direction is carried out by Jake Kasdan, responsible for the two installments of Jumanji (2017, 2019) and Sex Tape. Something happens in the cloud (2014). So we know what kind of absurd and over-the-top humor the Red One movie will have.
But the most shocking thing of all is that it is estimated that the budget has been 250 million dollars. What an outrage! At the same level as the best installments of Star Wars, Marvel or DC Comics, although the collection may not matter much to them, since even though it will be released in theaters, it is a product for Prime Video.
The Red One movie will be released on November 15, 2024. That’s when we’ll find out if Dwayne Johnson and Chris Evans have enough appeal to get people to go see this story in the theater or if they’ll wait until it hits the Prime Video streaming platform.
