Tomorrow X Together recalled cancellation of their show at Music Bank Chile 2022: “It was really a shame” | TV and Show

The boy band South Korean K-pop, Tomorrow X Together (TXT)he remembered his failed (suspended) passage through the “Music Bank” Festival in Chile at the end of 2022.

A video of the band, made up of Yeonjun, Soobin, Beomgyu, Taehyun and Huening Kai, has spread on social networks, in which its members talk after their presentation at the same festival, but in its version in Belgiumheld this Saturday.

In this dialogue, the young artists remembered when their concert had to be canceled in the Chilean edition due to a torrential rain with hail that caused havoc in the Monumental Stadium.

“Last time (referring to the case of Chile) I also prepared a cover, but we couldn’t show up, unfortunately. There were many sad MOAs (his fans)but fortunately Music Bank gave me another opportunity,” said one of the singers.

“Music Bank must have been sad too,” they continued. “Yes, it is a somewhat painful memory.”they added, also detailing what sorry they had felt for the Chilean MOAs.

“It was really a shame,” they emphasized. “There were a lot of MOAs,” one of them recalled. In the video, TXT reported that their manager had warned them on such an occasion that They were going to go on stage, however, minutes after that message, they confirmed the suspension of the show.

“It rained too much (…), and it rained with hail,” they recalled, adding how good it had been that in the version made in Belgium it had been considered a closed space for the musical event.

In November 2022, when Music Bank took place in Chile, Shuhua, a member of the band (G)I-DLEhad to be removed from the stage after suffering a resounding fall due to how wet the floor was due to the intense rain. That caused the stoppage of the show.

After this accident, TXT asked its fans leave the stadium for your safetysince staying in the place could mean greater risks.

At the beginning of 2023, the National Consumer Service (Sernac) filed a class action lawsuit against the production company Noix Dreamers SpA (in charge of Music Bank), and against Ticketmaster Chile, for the compensation and/or compensation of all those affected by the partial cancellation of the event.

Specific, three bands could not perform on that occasion: TXT was one of them. At that time, it was concluded that the company did not have adequate preventive measures and logistical conditions for the groups to act safely in the face of difficult weather conditions that, in fact, had been anticipated.
