For the month of April, the main consulting firms reported inflation numbers between 8.5% and 9.5%.

Finally, the Survey of Market Expectations (REM) published by the Central Bank last week, it anticipated 9% inflation for April based on the average of the projections of 39 specialists consulted.

Among these, there are 26 local and international consulting firms and research centers and 13 financial entities in Argentina.

For May, on the other hand, they estimate a monthly inflation of 7.5% and a total CPI of 161.3% for all of 2024. This is a cut of 28 points compared to the previous measurement.
