Amazon Prime Day 2024 will bring new offers

Although the exact dates are not yet known, Amazon announced that Prime Day 2024 will take place in July.

This event is almost always celebrated during the second week of July, for example last year it took place on the 11th and 12th.

As such, Americans can expect massive discounts on all Amazon items. These include Fire TV Sticks, Fire tablets, Fire TV, and its line of smart devices.

Great deals are also expected on other items from technology and home products to health, beauty, fashion, or children’s toys.

But not only Americans will be able to enjoy Prime Day, it will also be available in Austria, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, France and Germany.

These countries are joined by Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, United Kingdom, United States, Poland and Sweden.

Although Prime Day sale events will also be held in India, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and in Egypt for the first time.

The truth is that since 2015, Amazon has been organizing this annual sale.

This was originally a 24-hour sales event and became a version of Black Friday. But thanks to its popularity, the sales marathon has become a 48-hour event.

Is an Amazon Prime account needed for Prime Day?

‘Prime’ is nothing more than Amazon’s subscription service, which offers fast and free delivery of millions of items. It also has exclusive benefits and savings for eligible members.

But, while the deals are only available to Prime members, the products will be available to those without a membership.

It happens that those who are not Amazon Prime members cannot participate in Prime Day.

However, they can register and get a 30-day free trial to take advantage of the discounts.

Monthly Prime membership costs $14.99 USD per month, and annual Prime membership costs $139.00 USD.

Meanwhile, college students can get a Prime membership for just $7.49 USD per month or $69.00 USD per year.
