Workers in Colombia already have their eyes set on those extra pesos that will arrive in June, which correspond to the mid-year bonus that will help more than one with those additional expenses that they had pending.

And the fact is that every Colombian employee who is dependent on a company has the right to receive the service premium that represents compensation for their work within the company.
The premium is advanced in two payments, one in June and the other in December, months in which half of a full salary is paid to the employee. It should be noted that if this payment is not met, the employer may incur sanctions..
How much is the June premium paid?
For pensioners, the bonus is fixed and is given with the June salary, although not all retirees have this right. Meanwhile, in the case of workers, Employers have until June 30 to submit the premium corresponding to half of the year.
