The journalist was booed by those present for ignoring Marina Calabro in her list of thanks.
During the ceremony, journalist Marina Calabró was awarded a Martín Fierro for her work as an entertainment columnist at Radio Miter (Buenos Aires). “Thank you APTRA and I want to share it and dedicate it to my love… Yes, to you Rolando, to you. Thank you all,” she exclaimed at the end of her speech.
When it was the turn of “his love” Rolando Barbano, he went on stage with his son Rocco, thanked him for the recognition, mentioned a long list of people to whom he dedicated the award he had won and flatly omitted to name Calabró.
While the final photo was being taken, many of those present began to boo him for ignoring his girlfriend who was his girlfriend a short time ago. For her part, Marina applauded him and let out a smile of commitment in front of the camera that was focused on her.
