The Disciplinary Instruction Chamber of the Attorney General’s Office opened a preliminary investigation against officials, yet to be determined, of the National Intelligence Directorate (DNI) for the apparent “tricks” and illegal surveillance that would have been carried out from there against the magistrate Jorge Enrique Ibáñez of the Constitutional Court.

“The disciplinary action initiated by the Attorney General’s Office seeks to identify the possible perpetrators, determine the occurrence of the conduct, establish whether it constitutes a disciplinary offense and define whether or not it acted under a cause of exclusion of responsibility,” the ministry added. public.

Judge Ibáñez has already handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office the material that would prove the apparent illegal monitoring which, in addition, would have been extended to his wife and the assistant magistrates in his office.
