Lucio Albirosa presented his new book

The book, edited by Editorial Nexo in Mendoza, is a deeply rooted in contemporary Argentine music. Includes genres such as zambas, chamarritas, chamamé, tango, rock, southern milonga, copla, cueca and tonada, consolidating Albirosa as a key figure in the literary and musical field.

In the author’s words, “Song Silhouettes” is a compendium of approximately 60 to 65 works that brings together both unpublished lyrics and others already recorded by various artists. “It is a range of musicality that seeks to capture the wealth of the folk and contemporary songbook,” Albirosa said the presentation.

In addition, he stressed that this work represents a moment of renewal in its literary and musical career, especially after its definitive to San Salvador after 30 years.

The design of the cover of the book was in charge of Nadina Enrique, a young graphic design student from San Salvador. In that sense, Albirosa highlighted the importance of providing opportunities to the new generations and thanked the talent and dedication of the young woman in this project.

In addition, Albirosa confirmed his participation in the Book Fair of Buenos Aires 2025, where he will present “Song Silhores” at the of the of Entre Ríos. This will be another milestone in his career, marking his tenth participation in this prestigious literary event that brings together authors from all over Latin .

With more than 300 letters registered in intellectual property and a vast artistic career, Lucio Albirosa continues to leave a significant mark on culture.
