SEGOVIA, 10 May. (EUROPA PRESS) –
Christian Gálvez, one of Mediaset España’s faces for more than twenty years, will present next Wednesday, May 14, ‘I have called you for your name’, in an act that will take place at 7:00 p.m. in the ‘XXI’ century Hall of the City Council of the Royal Site of San Ildefonso (Segovia).
During the event Gálvez will talk with Samuel Alonso about the last work of the writer and presenter, as reported by the organizers of the event in a statement collected by Europa Press.
The work is located in Jerusalem, I, where with just nine years, Jacob was marked by that look. The child, firstborn of the leader of the Zelotes, could not avoid witnessing and suffering the passion and condition of Jesus of Nazareth.
-Forty years have passed and the times of miracles resonate in the distance. Jewish factions are more separate and radical than ever. Commander Tito Flavio Vespasiano has the city besieged and wants to crush the revolt.
And while innocent citizens expect a bloodbath, an adult Jacob, instructed in the art of war, will have to decide which way to follow before the massacre that is coming: take the weapons following in the footsteps of their father or try to save one of the most important texts of humanity.
They highlight from Christian Gálvez the ability to describe with greatness and sensitivity a time marked by ethnic, political and religious persity. And it does not only as a historical journey, but also as a deep reflection on perseverance and the human spirit in the midst of adversity with a single objective: the search for the purpose.
This is the story of a child who witnessed how a man changed everything. But above all, this is, in all its aspects, a story about faith.
