Kersia® Signature Exclusive Agreement with Neogen® – Press Notes in the Sector Sector

This represents a decisive step in the Kersia strategic plan to position itself as a leader in animal biosafety. With this acquisition, Kersia not only doubles its activity in the pig and poultry sectors, but also itself in the global top 3 of hygiene and disinfection in the agricultural field. This new unit contributes a business volume of 55 million euros and a solid network in more than 50 countries, including United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, China, , and Australia.

The operation also allows Kersia to reinforce its industrial presence in North . To its facilities in Saratoga Springs (New York) two new plants of the Division of Cleansing and Disinfectants of Neogen® are now added: one in Memphis, Tennessee and the other in Turlock, California.

This acquisition, Kersia’s thirteenth in the nine years, is subject to the approval of the corresponding combinations control authorities.
