Hitachi Energy granted the Platinum distributor category to Helvetica, a company with more than 11 years of experience as a strategic partner in the provision of post -type distribution transformers for the Chilean market. The distinction recognizes the high level of collaboration achieved by Helvetica within the official distributors program of the company.
Cristoffer Fuentealba, Market Manager Transformer From Hitachi Energy, he stressed the importance of this alliance, adding that Helvetica has been a key actor to expand the presence of the brand in the country.
“Helvetica is not just a distributor, it is a partner Strategic that has allowed the market with a solid and timely technical-commercial offer, where joint co-creation has been a relevant pillar, with the aim of bringing comprehensive solutions to our customers, ”he said.
The Executive also valued the contribution of Helvetica in the dissemination of the ECONIQ ™ portfolio, sustainable transformers that respond to the country’s environmental challenges.
“This is the portfolio of transformers immersed in natural ester to improve performance in terms of sustainability, contributing to decarbonization, improving human security, protecting ecosystems and making responsible use of resources,” said Fuentealba.
Regarding the scope of this alliance, Francisco Karmelic, a spokesman for Helvetica, stressed that with this distinction they become the first distributor that Hitachi Energy consolidates operating in a country in which he does not have factories, “achievement that makes us proud, taking into account that it is the largest producer of transformers in the world.”
He also added that the Platinum category “is an important attribute that is added when presenting us as distributors, reinforcing the role of Helvetica as a channel for our clients to access the development, technologies and specialists of Hitachi Energy.”
Cristoffer Fuentealba closed indicating that recognition as a Platinum distributor is another step to deepen joint work.
