The adolescent who is accused, along with another minor, for the murder of Facundo Bracamonte, is part of a family clan dedicated to the sale of drugs in the Mosconi neighborhood of Paraná, which has been facing the shots with different people or bands for a long time, the journalist José Amado revealed, for analysis.
His parents, Romina B. and “Gato” P., has sentences for drug trafficking and numerous causes for violent events, and a while ago they involved their son in criminal activities. No more than a month ago, father and son went to shoot a neighboring family. And the same boy has to mistreat many people from the area to always walk. The question of Saturday at dawn that ended in the murder in the area of the Thompson spa was one of the two finals that, who closely follow these cases, foresee: dead or prisoner; Or they killed or killed someone and ended up prisoner.
In an hearing held this Sunday in the courts of Paraná, by agreement between prosecution and defense, Justice issued the preventive detention for 30 days for the two 16 -year -old adolescents arrested for the crime of Bracamonte. They will be in the closed center of the Provincial Council of the Child, the adolescent and the family (Copnaf) of the city of Concordia.
The case is in the hands of the Fiscal Unit of Children and Adolescents, who works with the elements gathered by investigators of the Homicide division, as well as experts of scientific police and other areas.
According to what could be rebuilt so far, Saturday’s deadly altercation had precedents. Bracamonte and the defendant knew each other: the murdered young man was cousin of the girlfriend of the alleged perpetrator of the crime. They did not get along with cousins, or rather between the two family branches.
A week before there was an altercation between the deceased with a cousin and with the detainee, who involved fist blows, but weapons were not used.

An investigation managed to reveal how weapons and ammunition were supplied: two men bought weapons in an armory of the city and legally registered them, but they immediately sold them to one of these criminal gangs, or they were only lenders. They were more than a dozen 9 mm caliber guns and a huge amount of ammunition.
On a cell phone of the defendants found the messages they exchanged with the teenager who is now charged with the homicide of Bracamonte. The boy, then 15 years old, asked him urgent to get him a gun and bullets, because they were in full war with his rivals.
During the past year, the Police raided about 30 times the housing of the clan led by Romina B. and his relatives, in search of weapons, without success. The armament concealment circuit remains perfect.
