Read declared innocent to run over O’Keefe, her boyfriend, with her truck and let him die. Shortly after his body was found, McCabe declared Wednesday that he did a Google search on hypothermia, “Hos Long to Die in Cold” (how long does it have to die of cold?), At the request of Read.
The defense argues that McCabe conducted the search that same morning, which Read reiterated after Wednesday’s audience.
