Jennifer Carolina Aguirre died after a traffic accident registered in the Isaías Bolívar neighborhood, in the municipality of El Espinal. The motorcycle on which it moved collided with a mound of land without signaling, allegedly left by a civil work.
The incident occurred at the intersection of the ninth race with First Street. According to preliminary versions, the young woman mobilized as a barbecue when the driver hit the accumulated material in full road. Following the coup, Aguirre fell to the pavement and died at the scene.
Witnesses pointed out that the mound did not have any visible warning and that the poor lighting of the sector would have hindered its detection.
