More telephone interceptions and new evidences disclosed this Friday, May 9, the Eighth Prosecutor’s Office before the Specialized Directorate against Corruption, Agency of the Investigating Entity in charge of the judicial process in the case of theft of land in the department of the Atlantic, on the second consecutive day of the Application Application Hearing against the 17 involved in the investigation.
It should be noted that the previous Thursday, in an extensive intervention of the fiscal agency, dozens of telephone interceptions of the investigated interceptions were presented before the guarantee control judge prove the thesis of the criminal plan to steal land in solitude.
Now, this Friday, the Prosecutor’s Office again released an arsenal of probative material based on telephone interceptions, document inspection, but also in follow -up in the field advanced by investigators of the CTI of the Prosecutor’s Office and the police dijin.
One of these was the one made against two of the investigated, Andrés Rafael Diazgranados, legal advisor of the Secretariat of Government of Soledad, and Alex Ahumada, the lawyer of Wilmar Machuca, an alleged irregular holder of land.
In the virtual diligence, the investigating entity revealed images of the security cameras of the Alegra Park Shopping Center, dated February 21, 2025, in which the lawyer is observed embarking on a car in the parking lot of the place.
According to the Prosecutor’s theory, Ahumada entered the car that occupied the mayor’s official and there would have been delivered a “coima” with which it was sought that he issue a “favorable concept” to be given a property of the Marval construction company, irregularly, to the illegal holder Wilmar Machuca.
Another of the people cited at the audience was Neissy Cantillo del Toro, former Soledad Police Inspector, on whom they discovered the possible elaboration of police amparos so that third parties had dominance of land in the neighboring municipality, despite not being in the inspection he administered.
The alleged performance of the former police inspector in the elaboration of “spurious documents” was given in relation to the fact that she also benefited from the illegal land traffic.
It should be noted that Marlon Mora Montesino, Soledad Police Inspector is also charged; Juan Manuel Ucrós Ucrós, Exregator of Public Instruments of Soledad; José Luis Pacheco Tehran, qualifying lawyer of the public instrument office of Soledad; Iván Carlos Páez Redondo, Registrar of the Office of Public Instruments of Soledad; and David de Castro Macías, former solitude.
But also Ismael Cárcamo, corrupting agent; Inés Aminta Salas Palencia, with that same trade; José Márquez Monterrosa, lawyer; Francisco Mejía, Notary of Santo Tomás; Luis Martínez, processor; Rafael Enrique Bossio Pinzón, lawyer; Wilmar Machuca, supposed irregular possessor; Luis Peñaloza Rojas, supposed irregular holder, and Roque José Lugo, alleged false witness.
Recall that the decimoctava detained and processed within this same investigation is the second notary of Soledad Ana Dolores Meza Caballero, who charged days ago before the 17 Municipal Criminal Court with Barranquilla Guarantee Control Function and is sheltered with house arrest.
But, without a doubt, something that the fiscal agency first discovered within this entire criminal network was the alleged participation of officials of the judicial branch such as “judges, prosecutors, investigators” and other employees who work in corporations, judicial offices and administrative bodies.
The investigating entity revealed that copies were compuls against officials from the Atlantic Section of the Prosecutor’s Office who “had access” to review the process internally or in the institution’s own systems with the supposed purpose of providing information to the people involved.
“There is an investigation of the damn,” the Prosecutor’s representative read about a conversation obtained from officials and persons close to those investigated.
“What we are looking for is that acts of corruption do not occur in this municipality of Soledad, this situation must be avoided, we must be consistent with acting. There are particular interests of people who seek to obtain properties that do not correspond to them,” said the prosecutor before the judge.
Finally, the judge indicated that continuity will be given to the hearing next Monday, May 12, starting at 8:00 in the morning, to listen to the representatives of the victims.
