The emergency services had to go on the afternoon of this Thursday to extinguish two fires registered in homes of the Coruña localities of Cambre and Arteixo, two people are injured in the latter municipality.
Specifically, according to the Provincial Consortium Against and Rescue of A Coruña, it was the artix firefighters who moved to both incidents.
The events occurred around 20.20 hours on Buenos Aires Street, in A Pastoriza (Arteixo) and it was an individual who was in the property who alerted 112 Galicia. Thus, notice was given to sanitary emergencies-061, to the Firefighters, the Local Police and to the Civil Protection service. Carballo firefighters were also alerted, which finally did not intervene.
Soon professionals controlled the fire, which affected the area of the storage rooms, resulting in two people: a 53 -year -old woman for smoke inhalation and a man for a burn in the forearm. Both were transferred.
Fire in Cambre
On the other hand, also on Thursday afternoon the emergency services had to extinguish a registered fire in a house in the Coruña town of Cambre.
Specifically, it was the Arteixo firefighters who moved to the place, after being alert that a floor burned in Cambre.
Once there, the professionals found a fire on the floating wood floor of one of the rooms, proceeding to their extinction. In addition, they ventilated the domicile, which was full of smoke, ending the service. The Civil Guard also collaborated in the operation.
