The state selection 29 will be made up of 8 charros and 8 skirmishes that will represent Baja California in Guadalajara.
Tijuana, Baja California.
This was reported by Gilberto Pineda, delegate of the State Charrería Associations, who explained that the Basacalifornian team will consist of 16 athletes, divided into 8 charros and 8 skirmishes.
“From the results obtained in the state tie, and considering the competence system that will be applied in the national phase, we estimate that our representatives have the potential to return with at least one gold medal,” said Pineda.
During the national competition, four medals will be disputed: one in the team mode and three in individual blocks. Each block contemplates various charras, and the athlete who accumulates the greatest number of points in their respective block will be the one who takes the medal.
In the female branch, the skirmishes will also compete in team mode, with routines divided into blocks that will be evaluated under strict technical and artistic criteria.
It should be remembered that in the previous edition of the National Conade, the Basacalifornian delegation of Charrería obtained a silver medal, and this year it has been drawn as a goal to overcome this performance in the ON25.
