Hoyo de Manzanares joins the World Vaccination Week, an event proclaimed by the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2012 and that the municipality will celebrate from April 24 to 30. This week’s objective is to underline the importance of vaccination as an essential collective measure to protect the health of people of all ages and worldwide.
The World Vaccination Week highlights the relevance of acting together to prevent diseases through immunization. In this context, the last Munisalud newsletter of the Community of Madrid recalls that vaccination is one of the most effective preventive measures for public health care.
