Emotional well -being is an essential component in the life of every person. Reaching it does not mean living without difficulties, but learning to face them with balance, consciousness and self -knowledge. In times the daily rhythm demands more and more, it is key to stop and reflect on how we are, what we need and how we can build a fuller life.

Diana Sosa, Academic Coordinator of the Psychology career of the Piura Campus of the Technological University of Peru (UTP), shares some keys to developing a that contributes to our personal, relational and emotional growth.
