In a statement, the Debol said that “a call that alerted the units about the aggression to which the hospital guard by a 23 -year -old, identified as Emilio Rafael Mendoza Mendoza Ortiz” arrived at the municipality’s police station. “
He also explained that “she had a wound caused with a short -time weapon and was apparently, under the effects of psychoactive and alteration substances, since she intended that the guard let all the people who were outside accompanying him enter.” About seven people were with the subject.

The watchman, Gabriel Antonio Gutiérrez Fonseca, 45, had to be treated for injuries throughout his body. While that was happening, the patrolmen were still looking for the aggressor, but they found themselves surprised that he returned to the hospital, as if nothing, to be treated by the wound on his face and that was when he was in police custody.
“He was captured in flagrance for the crime of personal injury and once he was treated by the medical body, he was transferred to the police station and subsequently left available to the Prosecutor’s Office.
