Equestrian Club of Punta Arenas SA communicated, through an essential event, that on April 25, 2025, the Ordinary Shareholders Board was held, which was constituted with a quorum of 99.9%.
During the Board it was approved, among other subjects, memory, balance, result states and report of external auditors, with respect to the year in December 31, 2024.
With respect to the distribution of dividend profits and policies for exercise 2025, attended that there are no profits, its distribution is not appropriate. However, it was agreed to set as a dividend distribution policy, the distribution of at least 30% of the liquid profits of the year, allocating the thorough reserve balance, once the accumulated losses have been absorbed.
