Beyond the goal of 100,128 tons of fine copper for this year, the strategy people in the center, reinforcing the importance of well -being, occupational health and security as fundamental pillars for their success.

2025 Strategy Workshop: Building the present and the future of DGM!

Codelco Division Gabriela Mistral (DGM) has carried out the “Strategy Workshop 2025: Building the present and the future of DGM!” with its expanded executive committee. During the workshop, executives worked as a team to define the guidelines that will guide the year.

“They were instances to connect as a team to understand our common purpose of putting people to the center and aligning the different initiatives that we have, through the strategic pillars that are part of DGM, also focusing on us on operational continuity and on the fulfillment of goals, fundamental aspects for the growth of the division,” said Claudia Cabrera Correa, General Gerenta of Division Gabriela Mistral.

2025 strategy with focus on people

The Gabriela Mistral division strategy for 2025 puts people in the center of their objectives. Beyond numbers, it focuses on well -being, occupational health and workers’ safety. The workshops made reinforced the commitment of the staff, promoting collaborative as a key axis.

The connection of the teams with the strategy was strengthened thanks to leadership and effective communication, which allowed a culture of continuous improvement. These comprehensive initiatives will facilitate the company to face business challenges more clearly.
