In the run of 2025, there have been 10 days of well -being in different sectors of Ibagué, which benefited 473 hairy. They have been dewormed and reviewed in general medical consultation to take care of their well -being and safeguard their lives.
“With our animal welfare day many hairy and Ibaguereños homes have benefited, because this will avoid diseases and health problems that can be very serious for animals, since there are different types of parasites and these can be transmitted to your pet, other animals and humans,” said Dixon Mendoza, director of the layer.
During these days they not only deworm, but also veterinarium doctors review dogs and cats, which allows them to receive timely treatment and have a better quality of life.
These are the reasons why you must deworm them:
- Help to the intestinal health of your pet, as it prevents digestive problems, weight loss and anemia.
- It prevents serious diseases such as giardiasis or toxocariasis, which cause stomach colic, swelling, nausea and aqueous diarrhea in dogs.
