Five special functions will have in San Carlos the tape of the local director Tomás Alzamora, thanks to the efforts of the municipality of that commune. Mayor Rubén Méndez Venegas expressed in a statement his satisfaction for the achievement of the Sancarlino director, since the film has been named after San Carlos to the entire country. “Therefore, it is a great pride for our commune to offer the Sancarlinos and Sancarlinas the possibility of enjoying such a significant film for our local identity. This effort reflects our commitment to the culture and traditions of San Carlos, allowing all our neighbors to enjoy a work that not only excites us, but also connects us with a deep sense of belonging.”
The functions will take place in the Cultural Center of the commune every day at 7:00 p.m. with free admission. In addition, and in order to commemorate Mother’s Day this Sunday, a special function will be developed.

“Denomination of origin” addresses the real controversy of the designation of origin of the “best sausage in Chile” between San Carlos and Chillán.
