The Attorney General of the Republic (FGR) pronounced on the release of Lesli Michelle Ambriz Hernándezalias La Güeraalleged operator of the Jalisco New Generation cartel (CJNG).
The Federation Public Ministry (MPF) said “in total disagreement with the determination issued by Judge Elizabeth Galicia García, of the Federal Criminal justice Center in Morelia, Michoacán, through which he released” Leslie “N”.
The FGR explained that this person was captured during a search at a home in Huandacareo, Michoacán, in which various amounts of methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana and other objects were located.

The MPF said the arrest was made when the person was fleeing to a contiguous domicile at the time of the search.
“The aforementioned judge issued a non -linking order to the process in favor of Leslie for the crimes that were imputed to her, unduly ordering her immediate freedom,” reads the statement issued by the ministerial authority.
He added that the freedom issued by the judge was based “on arguments that are really insubstantial, such as the participants to differ in minutes or seconds with respect to the moment they entered the domicile object of the cateo.”
Or that there was no coincidence regarding the number of occasions that the Federal Public Ministry touched on the door of the Cateado property.
“That is not even required before the judicial authorization for that search. Those and other arguments of the judge are mere subterfuges that constitute in the end a partial attitude in favor of who was arrested.”

The FGR insisted that the judge used “vain arguments that can in no way distort the essentials: the person was stopped based on a search in which substances and objects that are totally illicit were found.”
Therefore, Alejandro Gertz Manero’s Prosecutor’s Office will legally challenge the non -linking to the process, while initiating the investigation folder against the judge, since its resolution, he says, “implies an ignorance of the legality and used irrelevant pretexts when dictating a substantive resolution contrary to the actions followed in the procedure.”
The MPF said that not processing the alleged financial operator of the CJNG produces a “damage to the security of the nation in this relevant matter, which is why it is considered that it has committed a crime against the administration of justice.”
