The key is balance, and although it may seem a complicated task, it is possible to have good habits to be healthy and happy.
In that sense, Dr. Cecilia Solís-Rosas García, member of the Herbalife Nutrition Consulting Council, shares some healthy tips for moms.
Organize your priorities: Share activities and avoid leaving things for tomorrow or for the last minute. Take care of your personal space to enjoy it, meditate, relax and always have enough energy.
Take care of your diet: Consume more fruits, vegetables, fiber. Beware of fried foods, salt and refined sugars. Hyd yourself well: we suggest at least two liters of liquids a day.
Do the physical activity that is most like your liking and enjoy it: Walk, run, dance, swim, play with your children, walk with the family. Physical activity is not synonymous with gym.
Sleep your eight healthy hours: If you cannot reconcile the dream, we suggest that, in your dark and ventilated room, Inhale, tell to ten and exhale, put your mind blank.
