The Preparatory Investigation Court of Lurín, in charge of Judge Vilma Vidales, partially resolved in favor of the claim of Habeas Corpus filed by the Municipality of Lurín contra Lima routes and the Municipality of Limaproviding the suspension of the collection of toll in Conchan.

According to the judicial resolution, Routes de Lima violated the right to of transit of Lurín’s neighbors.
