Events.- Officials of the Bolivarian Police Corps of the State Zulia (CPBEZ), attended the complaint by the authorities of an educational campus, located in the Nuevo Horizonte de Maracaibo neighborhood, about an alleged sexual abuse against one of the students of the institution, an eleven -year -old girl.
According to the complaint, the teacher of the child performed an activity with the students to whom he gave them a paper sheet and asked them to write their wishes and requests to God in the framework of Holy Week, when collecting the requests he found that one of the letters said “God I want my grandfather not to touch me anymore and that my dad comes home”, immediately the teacher announced the case to the academic authority.
-Upon knowing the case, the CPbez went with the child’s parent as far as the girl’s paternal grandfather was, named Celestino Antonio Vílchez Cubillan, 65 years old, who was in custody in the Maracaibo Norte Police Coordination Center, made available to Prosecutor’s Office 33 of the Public Ministry, with competence in minors.
