The first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and President of the Republic, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, visited the International Health Fair for all on Thursday, which takes place at the Pabexpo Fairgrounds.
During his tour, the president was in various stands, where he could know the main innovations and proposals presented at the event.
The president exchanged words with representatives of Chinese companies, including Tianjin Youlaite Trading Co., LTD, Skn Shang Hai Kang Nuo International Trade, Beijing North Star St Development and Panda Technology.
He also held meetings with other firms such as R&P Company, Labiofam, Biocubafarma, Medical Services of the FAR and the company medical supplies.
During the tour, the president was able to know the technological advances and projects that seek to strengthen the production and distribution of medical supplies in Cuba, as well as cooperation initiatives with foreign entities.
These interactions are part of the efforts to consolidate strategic alliances that allow improving access to technologies and enhancing innovation in the country.
At the end of the tour, Medicuba SA, importing company and exporter of medical resources, together with the Ministry of Public Health (Minsap), gave Díaz-Canel a special recognition in the context of the event.
