Last Monday 5, around 13.30, a 19 -year -old male, who was handcuffed, was taken to the Family Court, located in thirty -three and Artigas. In an oversight of the guard, he managed to escape. But, shortly after in Artigas street almost July 18, he was arrested by police personnel. In this way, and with greater rigor, he was led, once again, to the court where he had to appear. Culminated the actions in the Court of the First Instance in Criminal and Adolescents of the second turn of Salto, CSGP was convicted, as a criminally responsible author of a crime of aggravated personal injury, added to a crime of aggravated contempt and a crime of self -evasion, in real reiteration, so the sentence of ten months in prison was awarded, with discount of the detention time suffered; what was replaced, by a regime of freedom to the test (Law No.889). For what was under surveillance of Dinama; Obligation to appear once a week at police headquarters; provision of community services and forced to fulfill tasks assigned, 2 hours a day and for the term of 30 days.
