This overview taken on March 9 to 77 million kilometers by the Orbiter Solar mission Combine 200 individual images, in the wider high resolution view of the Sun to date.
Solar Orbiter is a space mission of international collaboration between ESA and NASA. The Extreme Ultraviolet Image Chamber instrument (EUI) with which the images were taken is directed by the Royal Observatory of Belgium (Rob).

The atmosphere Hot of the sun, called a crown, to a million degrees, is shown as seen in ultraviolet light, with the hot plasma trapped in the complex magnetic solar field, reports ESA.
The sun looks like a warm yellow sphere with a surface covered with a bright and messy hair. The yellow glow extends to the edges of the image, with some brighter regions than others.

Numerous bright yellow arches stand out from a wide strip around the solar equator. A darker region stands out along approximately horizontal line near the South Solar Pole. Bright arches and some darker material can also be seen around the edges of the sun.
